SOLID was born out of the idea of favours & gifts. The two Le Roux brothers (and brewers) discovered their love for craft beer when their mother booked a spot at a craft beer workshop for them – a special Christmas present for her sons.

In gratitude for their mother’s present, they wanted to return the favour by making their craft beer a beer that everyone can enjoy.
As the saying goes, ‘do me a solid.’

The name also suggests the solid foundation on which this business was started. They are a close-knit family and they do not take any shortcuts when it comes to their brewing business.
